Leaders of Tomorrow: Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders

We recently concluded the first part of our Leaders of Tomorrow program 2025 in Bangkok, part of our Global Talent Management Strategy. This marks a significant step in empowering emerging leaders to navigate complex challenges and drive impactful change.
In partnership with the Schlageter Institute (Si), this edition’s focus on strategy equipped participants with valuable tools for effective implementation. All sessions led by our Bata subject matter experts were well received for their practical insights and strategic relevance.
The program was enhanced by the presence of senior executives, providing the participants with direct access to top leadership perspectives. This unique opportunity inspired bold thinking and strategic vision.
